When you receive your tickets, please keep them in a safe place. Please note that direct sunlight or heat can sometimes damage tickets. Tickets purchased on our websites may be subject to a per ticket service charge and a non-refundable per order processing fee. This amount is indicated on the order tickets page and its verified with every transaction. This policy is in effect to discourage unfair ticket buying practices.

Tickets not arrived yet?
Tickets are generally dispatched no sooner than 6 weeks before an event. Occasionally, for some events, the tickets may not be dispatched until very close to the event date.
There can be a number of reasons for delays of this sort. Typically, this is due to the tickets for an event needing to be printed on special stock, where the promoter, event organiser or the venue have insisted that we use stock supplied by them, instead of our own. This can result in delays if we have to wait for this stock to arrive before we can commence fulfilling orders.
If your tickets have not arrived five days before the show or, if you are travelling, five days before you leave, please email tickets@jazzevents.co.uk. You will need to include your booking confirmation code, the full name and address submitted with the booking and details of the event.
